Each theatre carries a notional geographic anchor, so a scenario can be drawn on a real coastline and lands in the right place on a consumer's geographic COP.

The data generator emits labelled tracks with a known truth and an adversarial split — exactly what OAK Assure needs to measure robustness, calibration and drift. The sim makes the data; the harness grades the AI.
