OAK Strategic Planner is an offline workspace for the operations planning process. It takes a staff from the initiating directive to the concept of operations, checks each product against the doctrine it comes from, and flags anything a changed input has made stale. When the commander decides, the record holds the decision, the rationale and the exact version of every product it rested on.
Each step's products feed the next. A step stays blocked until its inputs exist, and reopens when one of them changes.

Deterministic throughout: the same plan gives the same findings every time, and every check can be read.
Factor analysis, centres of gravity, mission statements, COA validity, wargame synchronisation and assessment are each checked by the module that implements that part of the doctrine.
Each product records its inputs. Change one, or mark a planning assumption invalid, and everything downstream is flagged stale until the staff re-confirm it.
Every change, profile switch and decision is logged in a hash chain. A plan file with a broken chain is refused on opening.
The draft follows the commander's selected COA. Anything the plan doesn't yet hold is listed as a gap for the staff to fill.
Switch between AJP-5, JP 5-0 and Canadian OPP terms. A profile changes step names and criteria labels only; the process and checks stay the same.
A standalone Windows application. The whole plan lives in one file that moves between workstations, with no server and no cloud dependency.
Version 0.4 covers the full seven-step process, a form for every staff product, the decision record and a CONOPS draft. An OPLAN generator, a design canvas and engine-driven wargaming are not built yet. It's a representational planning aid on fictional data, with no product type for target lists, and not accredited for operational use.
Bring a planning scenario and we'll walk it through the workspace with your staff.
